The MARUWA Group's business activities are supported by the benefits of biodiversity in terms of procuring raw materials and securing water for use in production processes. With this in mind, we are taking steps to conserve biodiversity.
In addition to donating land to the local community in support of the Jokoji Firefly Village Association to help maintain a rich natural environment for fireflies in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, The Seto Plant has a biotope utilizing a reservoir and is designed to coexist in harmony with nature.
