In 2025, MARUWA Co., Ltd. received the "Kurumin Certification" from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognizing us as a “Childcare Support Company.”

The “Kurumin Certification” is granted under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children to companies actively promoting initiatives that support employees in balancing work and childcare.

To date, we have implemented initiatives to reduce overtime work, encourage the use of paid annual leave, and enhance employment conditions to support pregnant employees and those raising children. In addition, we have promoted flexible working styles and enhanced workplace environments, focusing on creating a supportive environment where employees can confidently balance both work and childcare.

Moving forward, we will continue to strive to be a company where every employee can work comfortably and receive support throughout diverse life stages.
