As a matter of course, our eagerness to grow toward goals and inclination for business are quite strong, but our objectives are not to “swell” but “grow.” Lately, hostile take-over bids often hit the headlines in Japan. However, an expansion of corporate scale through such measures backed by abundant funds is incompatible with MARUWA’s culture. Although the Company has succeeded in lots of M&As, in many cases such practice was conducted to revitalize target corporations that were liquidated or withdrew from business. My philosophy of corporate management is to nurture and grow a company as well as continue sticking to the basics of “manufacturing.” MARUWA aims to be a company that is supported by many stakeholders.
We ask you to continuously put your faith in MARUWA.
