Oxyhydrogen fusion method
This quartz glass is made by the oxyhydrogen fusion method using stringently selected high-purity quartz powder. The OH radial contained in the glass prevents diffusion of impurities, which produces an excellent effect especially when a diffusion process is used in the semiconductor production process. Furthermore, the quality is stable, hardly causing coloring due to radioactive rays.
Electric melting method
This quartz glass is made by the electric melting method using stringently selected high-purity quartz powder. Since the heat resistance is superior to that of the oxyhydrogen fusion quartz glass, it produces an excellent effect in processes in a high-temperature zone. Furthermore, there is no infrared absorption when the wavelength is 2.7mm.

Synthetic quartz
This is synthetic quartz glass made from a high-purity synthetic quartz materials. Since it produces an excellent effect in optical systems, it is used for cells for spectrophotometers.
