What is "water-repelling/oil-repelling" quartz glass?
It is a quartz glass made by coating quartz glass with transparent fluorine to make the surface water-repellent, thereby increasing the water-repelling, oil-repelling, and antifouling effects. The very thin fluorine coating is less than 1μm in thickness and is chemically bonded with the surface of quartz glass. It is a highly durable, heat-resistant coating. It is confirmed that the transparent coating will not lose the optical characteristics (ultraviolet and infrared transmissivity) of quartz glass, not lowering the transmissivity. |
