FSF Series is a thin flexible sintered ferrite sheet, which suppresses the effect of metals to improve communication of several applications, for example NFC, RFID device and wireless charger due to high magnetic permeability. ■ High Magnetic Permeability Improve properties of devices, for example increase distance of communication for several applications. FSF131 and FSF161 have relatively high μ' (about 130 - 160) and low μ'' at 13.56MHz, which improves performance of NFC and RFID devices. FSF201 and FSF501 have relatively high μ' (about 200 - 500) and low μ'' at 100-200kHz, which improves performance of wireless charger. ■ Thin flexible ferrite sheets Our thin ferrite sheet is laminated with sintered ferrite ceramics, PET film and adhesive tape. A slit formation enables the laminated ferrite sheets to be flexible. Yet, it still retains relatively high μ’ and low μ” at a tuned range of frequency, thus it is suitable for compact mobile devices.

These items are Chip Type 3-Tarminal Capacitors which are best for high frequency noise reduction of DC power lines. Effective noise reduction in wide range of frequency bands with our lineup; small size/ high capacitance. CNH 10 and 20 Series are easy to handle since they do not have specific rules for mounting direction. CNH 20, 31, 30 and 32 series support the large current specification (~ 6A), and are effective in protecting the DC power line from EMI. Technologies of multilayer chip type ceramic capacitors have been applied to this 3-terminal structures, and they support surface mount technlogies.
Feed through Capacitors are ideal for high frequency noise reduction of large current circuits. The structure is simple; multilayer electrodes which are low resistance are formed on dielectric ceramics. The structure will hardly allow residual inductance, and the self resonant frequency extends to the microwave band. The multilayer electrode structure excels in solder heat resistance and solderability.
These feed through type ceramic capacitors consist of dielectrc ceramics and multilayer electrodes. Therefore, they have very low residual inductance. Their resonance frequency reach the microwave band, and offer superior performance in removing unnecessary high frequency noise. There is only a minimum change of characteristics by soldering and severe thermal cycles. When they are assembled into shield cases, both shielding and filtering can be achieved. Therefore, they will be very effective for superior EMC control. Suitable to be assembled into connectors due to the small size.
Maruwa's DCM Series block type EMI filters are used power lines. They are based on the DNM series, and have been developed to decrease the size for surface mounting purposes, which can substantially reduce the surface mounting area. This series effectively combines feed through capacitors with high selfresonating, multilayer ceramic capacitors with large capacitance, and impedance components; they will give you a large insertion loss characteristics within a wide band. They offer efficient EMI control by 1 block for both plus and minus lines on common DC power lines. The gold-plated termination ensures excellent solder heat resistance and solderability.
These chip beads' Rdc are lowered from usual chip beads for signal lines. They increase the allowable electric current, and it is possible to reduce the noise for electric power lines, such as IC. They have high reliability due to monolithic structure with inorganic materials. Closed magnetic circuit configuration avoids crosstalk, and is suitable for high density mounting. Resistance elements (R) is used as impedance charactristics, therefore it is possible to block or attenuate noise by inserting in series on noise conduction path. Nickel and tin plated barrier terminals offer good solderability and resistance to soldering heat. There are 3 types; maximum rated voltage 2.5A, 1.0A, and 6A, depends on the power line capacity.
MARUWA has developed the Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO) by applying the ceramic technologies which we have cultivated for many years. Our advantage is that we have integrated production processes from raw material process by using own dielectric ceramics (coaxial resonators). VCO can be customized, such as extremely small size model, high CN model (using own coaxial resonator), etc.
